1 thin piece of fish 0.5 kg
2 jelly 1 tablespoon
3 vinegar 1 tablespoon
4 double bread 2 slices
5 lemons 1 tablespoon
6 salt to taste
7 red pepper half a teaspoon
8 egg and ghee as required
Full Method of Preparation recipe
1 . Grind vinegar, lemon juice, slices of double bread, jelly, salt, red pepper on a sieve.
2 Apply the mixture to clean pieces of fish.
3 . Roll the fish pieces and wrap the dough on top. Add double bread crumbs, dip in beaten eggs and fry in melted ghee till red.
4 Then pour into the dish
5 Serve with salads, tomatoes and boiled eggs
6 will be extremely delicious
